Productivity

A key assumption underpinning any workforce plan is the level of assumed productivity.  When dealing with highly-skilled, hard to replace employees, even incremental improvements in productivity can have a major impact on performance. In too many cases, organisation are using “accepted wisdom” on key metrics such as absenteeism, training release and overtime, rather than evidence-based data. They similarly lack the analytical insight they need to understand why levels of productivity fluctuate and what can be done about it. Our productivity models are designed to allow fine granularity data to be quickly digested and presented in graphical forms that allows “eureka” moments in terms of managers’ understanding and decision-making.
